Wade A. Reimers
is a member of the Olinger, Lovald, McCahren &
Reimers law firm. Wade was born in Mason City, Iowa,
on November 27, 1968. After receiving his B.A., with
high honors in 1992 from the University of Northern
Iowa, Wade attended the University of South Dakota,
receiving his J.D. in 1995. In law school, Wade
served as the Student Bar Association President. He
was admitted to bar in 1995 in South Dakota.
Wade is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota,
and the South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association. He
is admitted to practice before the Circuit Courts of
South Dakota, United States District Court of South
Dakota, the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals; along with
the Rosebud Sioux Tribal Court, the Cheyenne River
Tribal Court, the Lower Brule Tribal Court, the Crow
Creek Tribal Court and the Standing Rock Tribal
Court.
Wade’s practice areas include Personal Injury;
Family Law; Civil Litigation; and Worker’s
Compensation. He also has an extensive criminal law
practice in both State and Federal Court; and has
handled a wide variety of serious criminal offenses.
Wade is active in the community via youth athletics.
Currently, he is Vice President of the Pierre Youth
Wrestling Club and acts as one of its coaches.
Additionally, Wade serves on the Capital City
Baseball Association Board and has coached little
league baseball for many years. Wade is married to
Bonnie Reimers, a teacher and has three children. |
